Marcia Wernecke Marcia comes from a marketing and sales background with a Dunn & Bradstreet advertising firm. She was the President of the New Bern Board of Realtors for 2004 and received the “Realtor of the Year” award. Marcia currently serves as a Director of the New Bern Board of Realtors and Chair of the Newsletter Committee.
